Clear Signal does not employ creators, endorse specific commercial arrangements, or independently guarantee commercial outcomes for any party. It is a verification and record-keeping layer, not a talent agency or marketplace.

You are responsible for the accuracy of all information submitted to Clear Signal, including display name, professional handles, collaboration details, and brand contact information.

Collaborations submitted for verification must reflect genuine professional work. Submitting false, fabricated, or misleading records is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension.

You are responsible for ensuring that any brand contact you submit for verification is appropriate and that the person can legitimately confirm the collaboration.

Clear Signal sends confirmation requests to brand contacts provided by creators. Verification is brand-confirmed. It requires an affirmative response from the brand contact before a collaboration is marked verified.

Clear Signal does not independently audit collaboration details beyond the brand confirmation process. Verified status reflects brand confirmation only and does not constitute a commercial endorsement by Clear Signal.

You may not use Clear Signal for fraudulent purposes, spam, impersonation, or systematic misuse of the verification workflow.

Accounts found to be in violation of these principles, including submission of false records or abuse of brand contact flows, may be suspended or archived without notice. All actions are reversible through internal governance review.

Clear Signal reserves the right to moderate, hide, archive, or restrict public access to any profile or collaboration record where internal governance review identifies a concern. Internal records are preserved and moderation actions are reversible.

Public profile visibility may be controlled by both the creator (via profile settings) and Clear Signal governance.

Clear Signal is currently in invite-only beta. Platform features, pricing, record limits, and access tiers may change during this period. We will communicate material changes to registered creators in advance where reasonably possible.

Access to beta features is a privilege and may be adjusted as the platform develops.
